Kid’s Birthday Parties at Busy Bodies Indoor Playground in Markham are super fun! We have several party packages for you to choose from.

Sunshine Package (up to 10 children)

Monday- Sunday = $259 + HST

Rainbow Package (up to 15 children)

Monday – Thursday = $269 + HST
Friday – Saturday – Sunday = $309 + HST

Bumble Bee Package (16-20 children)

Monday – Thursday = $309 + HST
Friday – Saturday – Sunday = $349 + HST

Busy Body (up to 25 children)

Monday – Thursday = $349 + HST
Friday – Saturday – Sunday = $399 + HST

Crazy Bees Package (up to 30 children, each additional child is $15)

Monday – Thursday = $429 + HST
Friday – Saturday – Sunday = $479 + HST
You must provide notice if your party will exceed 30 children. Each additional child after 30 is $15.

BUSY BODIES WILL PROVIDE WHITE PLATES, CUPS, FORKS, AND SPOONS. ALL CAKES AND PIZZA MUST BE ORDERED THROUGH BUSY BODIES.

Payment Policy / Rules

1. $100.00 non-refundable/non transferable deposit payable within 2 days of booking. If deposit is not given within the 2 days, your spot will be cancelled without notice. **Balance to be paid day of party by DEBIT, VISA, or MASTERCARD. Cheques are not accepted for balance of party.

2. It is essential that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled party time (FOR SETUP ONLY).Be prepared to leave on time. Parties must begin to tidy up 10 minutes before completion time to allow staff to clean up for the following party.

3. Any time taken beyond your scheduled booking will result in a $40 additional fee

*additional 1/2 hr. $60 , additional hour $120 ( this option only applies to last party of the night or if applicable)
** children 1 year and over are included in party package

4. Siblings who are NOT invited to the party, but stay will be charged day play prices.

5. Your party may share with another parties. ( for further clarification pls. ask )

6. If invited children are to exceed 30, please notify Busy Bodies at time of booking

Busy Bodies Party Rules and Procedures

We are a NUT-aware environment (no almonds and walnuts etc.) All pizza and cake must be ordered from Busy Bodies Indoor Playground. All other outside food must be approved by Busy Bodies prior to the party date in order to ensure it is NUT FREE. If nuts are brought onto the premises, you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.

Socks are mandatory for both children and adults. No shoes or bare feet allowed on the carpeted area. Socks will need to be purchased for those without socks may be purchased at front desk.

Busy Bodies requires a $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to reserve your child’s party. Balance of party to be paid at the beginning of your scheduled time.

Busy Bodies is a shared facility where you may share with other parties. If invited children are to exceed 30, please notify Busy Bodies at time of booking.

Be aware as to how many adults are attending. If there are more than 30 adults, an additional $30 fee will be applied to your bill. We require confirmation of your party numbers 1 week prior to your party in order to place your party in the appropriate room.

We do not place parties according to amount of adults invited. We cannot guarantee what party room you will have.

Your party is for 2 hours. You can arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time to set up. Be prepared to tidy up 10 minutes before your party ends to allow staff to clean up for the next party.

If your party is later than your scheduled time, you will be charged an additional $40.

The person(s) booking the party are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited children. Be sure to have extra support (adults) to assist you in running your party safely and smoothly. We recommend a 1 to 8 ratio of adult to children.

REMINDER: You are responsible for running/organizing your own child’s party.
